Whether you're in town for game day, UT/downtown events, a wedding or conference you'll love our convenient location (AND GREAT POOL) across the street from Sorority Village at UT campus and 1.5 miles (20-minute walk) to Neyland Stadium. (*The pool is closed for the winter.)

This large Tennessee marble home is the most conveniently located high-end rental on the market located just off Cumberland/Kingston Pike and within walking distance to Neyland Stadium, Tyson Park, the University of Tennessee, the Strip, downtown Knoxville, and the Tennessee River; 1.7 miles from Downtown Knoxville and Market Square, 2 miles from the Bearden District Built in 1940, the home has been updated to blend new materials, colors, and textures with the existing architecture, terrazzo and one-of-a-kind tile to honor and highlight its history. Mid Century Modern and Industrial style furnishings combine with moody colors and earthy textures to create a laid-back luxe aesthetic perfect for relaxing, entertaining and creating memories. The home features original brass inlaid terrazzo floors, original hardwoods, ornate tile work throughout including 24k gold tile, a huge backyard with 20' x 40' pool and eclectic mosaic tile sidewalks and pool deck, 2 large living rooms with TVs for game day watching, 4 bedrooms (located upstairs) plus three sleeper sofas (two singles + queen located downstairs).

Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, a breakfast nook with dining for 6, a dining room with dining for 8, two large living rooms with TV's and ATT Uverse service, Wifi. K-cups for Keurig and K-cups provided, full breakfast is not.

Washer & Dryer available in an unconditioned utility room.

We love our home. It has the quirks and charm of any house built in 1940, like the squeak of the hardwoods as you walk on them. The bathroom colors and fixtures reflect the age of the home and have beautiful floor to ceiling tile. We have tried to make our home as cozy and comfortable as possible without altering the original character and we hope you enjoy!

Guests have access to main floor and second level as well as the property grounds. The unfinished basement is not for guest use please for guests' safety. This is a 24/7 access listing. Once booked a door code will be provided the morning of check.

We are located just a few miles away and will be available to offer assistance during the day and in the evenings to answer any questions if needed.

The house is in a quiet area next to the University of Tennessee. Walk to brunch restaurants and grab a beer at nearby bars. Run along Third Creek and Tennessee River, visit Tennessee Botanical Gardens, and attend games at Neyland Stadium.

Walking distance to "the strip" (1/2 mile), Neyland Stadium (1.5 miles), Tyson Park & Third Creek Greenway trail (1/4 mile), downtown Knoxville and Market Square (1.7 miles), Bearden District (2 miles), Publix (.5 miles).

We do require a photo on your profile of the guest who booked the home.

 We are happy to welcome pets during your stay! There is a $48 fee per pet/per night. Additional information regarding pets is detailed in our house rules. 

There is a propane grill for guest use. Guest are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.

**Many guests are interested in using our home for their special events. We are happy to host some special events for an additional fee. Please contact us with the details of your event so we can discuss hosting options for you!

We open the pool around April 1st and close it around October 1st.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
