Nestled right in the middle of the Old City, the building is walking distance from everything downtown Knoxville has to offer, including restaurants, bars, and shops.

Our space is located next door to some of the most popular nightlife in the Old City. Please be aware that it can get quite lively on the weekends and some weekdays from 12am to 3am.

You can use Uber, Lyft, KAT Bus, one of the free trolleys, or the time tested method of walking to get around if you prefer to not (or shouldn't) drive.There is metered parking right outside of the loft and free street parking a couple blocks from the loft. There is also a paid parking lot just a block down the street.

For your planning there are 25 steps that lead up to the second level of building where the studio is located.

During the warmer months and on weekends the Old City can be quite a vibrant scene. That said, it can sometimes be noisy just by nature of where we are located, right in the heart of the action. While we have made provisions to help attenuate sound, we cannot guarantee your entire experience will be pin drop quiet.
